Yin Yulong, male, born in January 1956, Taoyuan County, Changde City, Hunan Province, was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering on December 19, 2013.
He is currently the vice chairman of the 10th Provincial Committee of the Hunan Science and Technology Association.
